HOW AND WHY JESSE AND I FOUND THE DREAMING
With an African-American father and a Eurasian mother Jesse needed to
find an identity that would bring the rainbow full circle. On Christmas
Eve, 1978 she was born in Sydney and is Australian.
In a world that identifies and separates individuals through race, creed
and nation Jesse and I needed a more unifying identity, a universal
spiritual one and in 1980 we found our needs met in the dreaming.
Uncle Ted Guboo (good friend) Thomas put Jesse's and my feet firmly on
the dreaming tracks and for this we are eternally grateful.
The sacrifice made by Guboo's family as he left them to answer his
calling, renewing the dreaming throughout Australia and overseas alone
and with other spiritual world leaders is often overlooked, yet all
great deeds need the silent consent of the loved ones of the loved one.
And Guboo is loved for opening the hearts of countless people who have
found their way to his home at Wallaga Lake and his dreaming camps and
at 92 years old he is more loved than ever as he drives his spear into
the earth blessing wherever he is called to renew the dreaming . . .
thank you Guboo . . .
. . . . . . and yes . . . the best is yet to come . . . .
